Conditions of use:
The kariatida.com.au web site is owned and operated by Kariatida. These terms and conditions (“terms”) govern your use of the Kariatida website and the purchase of any goods or service from Kariatida. By placing an order with Kariatida, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these terms, you may not purchase through the Kariatida website.
The Kariatida product range is available to purchase online ONLY.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and GST is included at checkout.
Tax & Handling Charges
For all merchandise purchased through kariatida.com.au a mandatory 10% goods and services tax (GST) is payable by Australian law for goods sent to an Australian delivery address. For all Australian residents or Australian shipping addresses, this 10% GST will be included in your order total and processed at the time of sale.
For international customers this 10% tax will not be charged by kariatida.com.au, however you will be liable to pay your own country’s applicable import/duty taxes on receipt of your package. It is your sole responsibility to research these duty/taxes and you are liable to pay them on receipt of your packages. Please contact us in the notes section of your order if you have any concerns before we ship your order.
If the buyer refuses to accept delivery as they don’t want to pay the duties & taxes imposed by their country, they then wear the cost of returning the order to us. This includes the freight cost and the amount will be deducted from their refund.
Can I change my order?
You can amend your order at any point, prior to proceeding to the check out. To review your purchase, or to make changes to your order, click on the “your cart” button. Once you are happy with your amendments, click “update order” to save changes. Once payment has been made and the order processed, no changes can be made.
Product & display colours
Kariatida attempts to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the site. However because the colours you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Kariatida cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour. One-of-a-kind items are defined as being the only one of its design available at Kariatida at the time.
Risk and title
Kariatida will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable delivery insurance.

Kariatida makes no representations or warranties about any other website which you may access through this site (“other website”). When you access another website, that other website is independent from this site, and Kariatida has no control over the content on that other website. Any link to another website is provided as a convenience to users of this site. Other websites are not under the control of Kariatida, and Kariatida is not responsible for the accuracy of any information on any other website. Kariatida does not monitor or review the content of any other website.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts.
